None of them concerns the number of users.

01Number of stages and rules: A workflow with three approvals and two exceptions is quicker to configure than a six-level programme with regional delegations.
02People and entities: Every participant type has its own workspace, rights and notifications. Each partner entity adds an access perimeter.
03Documents produced: Attestations, certificates and contracts: each template is configured with its issue conditions and verification.
04Systems to connect: Reference data, directories, financial or management systems, depending on what already exists.
05Hosting: Managed cloud or deployment on your infrastructure when sovereignty requires it.
